Italian suction dredger Po visited Malta underway from Netherlands towards Italy according to the Dutch newspaper Schiedamsche Courant dated 17 January 1909

An item reported that the Italian suction dredger Po towards Venice, Italy visited Malta on the 14^th continuing her voyage the same day; arrived on the 26^th at Venice.

1. Yard number 342, called a seagoing profile suction dredger built for the Italian Department of Public Works. She departed on 21 December 1908 from the shipyard Gusto (firm A.F. Smulders), Schiedam, Netherlands.
