Armed German submarines now considered being prizes according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van en dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 18 February 1919

An item referred to tidings received from Copenhagen, Denmark reporting the arrival at Kiel, Germany of the allied commission on board of the British cruiser HMS Comus. Officially was announced that the disarmament of the German submarines still was not executed and that within 48 hours all still armed German submarine in the German harbours was to be considered being a prize.
