Dutch warship Zwarte Leeuw 1652-1653

Of the board Amsterdam, built by Steven Christiaensen at Dordrecht, Netherlands in 1652, still mentioned 1653, dimensions 130 x 28 x 13½, height above hold 6¼ feet, an armament of 28-30 guns an a crew numbering 110 men. Not able to pass on 19-30 July 1653 the Vlaeck due to low water level in Zuiderzee, 29 May arrived at the Vlie and since then guard ship, captain Hendrik de Charter, reached the Vlieter on 5 August and the Schild on 7 August.
