French steam warship l’Asmodée sent towards Africa according to the Dutch newspaper Utrechtse provinciale en stads-courant dated 29 November 1843

An item dated Naples, Italy the 6^th reported that since 3 days the French brig of war l’Asmodée was lying there with the order to transport the duke of Aumale to Africa. The duke was married with the youngest sister of the king.(1)
