British Cunard liner Mauretania returning from trial towards Wallsend with the assistance of Dutch tugs Poolzee and Oceaan according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 25 September 1907
An item dated South Shields, England 21th reported that the same afternoon the towing line of the Dutch tug Poolzee broke when she assisted the newly built Cunard liner Mauretania returning from her trial turned off the Albert Edward dock. The line strangled in the screw of the Poolzee forcing her to anchor. The Mauretania departed assisted by other tugs including the Dutch tug Oceaan of Rotterdam, Netherlands towards Wallsend.
