Dutch 7th charter Arend 1741-1779

Of the admiralty Amsterdam, also called 6th charter, built by Charles Bentam at naval yard at Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1741, stricken >1779, dimensions (Amsterdam foot) 120 x 32 x 12, draught 6½-9½, an armament of 20-22 guns and a crew numbering 150 men. In 1742-1743 voyage to coast of Morocco and Mediterranean and in 1748 voyage to North Sea. Commanding officers in 1742 Martinus Lambrechts, in 1745 G. Bost, in 1746 P.H. Reynst, in 1748 Jan Hinlopen and in 1754 C.A. Fronchin.
