French tug Atlas finally salvaged according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 4 February 1904

An item dated Vlissingen, Netherland 2nd reported that efforts of four tugs to refloat the French tug Atlas were not successful. The edition a day later reported that she was salvaged on the 3rd and anchored in the roads.
