Dutch 2nd charter Gelderland 1683-1708

Of the admiralty Amsterdam, built by Jan van Rheenen or Simon Jansz Lis at naval yard at Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1683, sold due to age to be broken up for parts in 1708, dimensions (Amsterdam foot) 156 x 40 x 15, an armament of 72-74 (26-18pd, 26-12pd, 18-6pd, 4-3pd)) guns and  a crew numbering 375-400 men. Commanding officers in 1690 captain Graaf van Nassau and in 16.3 captain Stilte and in 1704 captain Ph. Schrijver, fought at the battle off Malaga, Spain at the side of England against Spain and France on 24 August.
