Dutch lugger to be fitted out at Scheveningen, Netherlands for the macketel fishery according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag dated 4 December 1897

An item reported that after a meeting at Scheveningen, Netherlands interests decided to fit out in January 1898 a lugger with a steam windlass on the mackerel fishery. In the edition dated 20th was decided for February instead of January.
