The light ship on the Krishna bank, Bay of Bengal according to the Dutch newspaper De locomotief dated 12 November 1879

An item dealing with the light circle of the light ship on the Krishna bank (Bay of Bengal, Burmese coast) reported that since the small light ship Colombo replaced the light ship Star the light could see with the naked eye at clear water over a distance of 8 British miles.
