Japan building 25 destroyers according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1905-1906 no.8

An item referred to the magazine Marine Rundschau reporting that since 1904 the building of 25 destroyers in Japan started. Since then had some already the trials executed. The Uraga shipyard was the building of the new destroyers Nagazuki and Kikuzuki ordered.
