Russian landing over craft Project 12061 Murena 1985-


By the NATO called Tsaplya-class. There were in fact two versions 12061 Murena and the 12061E Murane-E, of the verse version were 11 and of the second version totally 3 built, commissioned between 1985-1992 respectively 2005-2006. The 12061E versions were built at the Khabarovsk Shipyard for South Korea in 2004-2006. General technical specifications of this class: with a displacement of 132 (standard)-148,6 (full load) tons and as dimensions 31,3 x 12,9 x 1,0 metres. The maximum speed was 55 knots and with a limited range of 200 nautical miles at a speed of 50 knots. Their crew numbered 12 men. The armament consisted of 1x4-9K310 Igla-1 SAM system for 9M313 missiles, 2x6-3cm AK-306 guns, 2x1-3cm BP-30 Plamya grenade launchers (just on the Russian and not the export version) and 10-24 mines. Transport capacity 1-T54 medium size tank or 2 PT-76B/BTR light tanks or 3 BRDM-2 or 130 soldiers or 42 tons of stores.
