Russian submarines practicing off Murmansk, Russia according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1937 no. 4

An item referred to the Proceedings dated June 1937 reporting that Norwegian newspapers  mentioned that Russian submarines regularly practiced off Murmansk, Russia. At that moment were in and around Murmansk 12 destroyers, 8-10 submarines and further more icebreakers, trawlers, tenders and store ships.
