British destroyer HMS Swift very fast during tests according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1909-1910 no. 3

An item reported that the British destroyer Swift built by Laird during test achieved a speed of 38 miles after altering her screws. Displacement 1.828 ton and as dimensions 105,16 x 10,42 x 3,19 metres.(1)

1. Destroyer leader laid down at Cammell Laird, Birkenhead, England in 1905, launched on 7 December 1907, commissioned in August 1910 and sold to be broken up on 9 December 1921.
