Russian Black Sea Fleet executed with success gun practices according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1911-1912 no. 8

An item reported that in the end of October the battleships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet executed off Sevastopol target shooting practices. The target was towed by the Kagule and when shooting started was the target on a distance of 5 nautical miles moving with a speed of 12 miles. Within 10 minutes were the targets destroyed by the gunfire.
