British sloop HMS Hastings salvaged after grounding according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1935 no. 6

An item referred to the magazine N.M.R. dated 26 September 1935 reporting that the British sloop HMS Hasting grounded on 11 June near Port Sudan was salvaged.(1)

Note
1. Of the Hastings-class, laid down at HM Dockyard Devonport on 29 July 1929, launched on 10 April 1930 and finally sold to be broken up in April 1948 arriving the 10th April at Troon, Scotland.
