French torpedo boat No. 174 discovered off Hyères according to the Dutch newspaper De Tijd dated 4 May 1914

An item reported that the missing French torpedo boat No. 174 was discovered off Hyères. It was suspected that a result of the strong current she lost her anchors and floated away. While she was used as a target was she unmanned.
