French torpedo boat Siagne found back according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwdsblad dated 19 May 1914

An item referred to earlier items published in this newspaper dealing with the disappearance of the French torpedo boat Siagne used as target and the sinking or loss of the torpedo boar No. 174 also used as target. It was believed that the No. 174 was found back but when she was salvaged it became clear that the Siagne was found back and not the still missing No. 174.
