British protected cruiser HMS Juno launched at Barrow-in-Furness, England according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1895-1896 No. 9

An item reported that at the Naval Construction and Armaments Company, Barrow, England on 16th November the British cruiser 2nd class Juno of the Venus design was launched.(1)

1. Of the Eclipse-class protected cruiser, preceded by the Astraea-class and succeeded by the Arrogant-class. Laid down on 22 June 1894, launched on 16 November 1895, completed on 16 June 1897 and sold to be broken up on 24 September 1920.
