French torpedo boat Forban executed her trials according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1895-1896 No. 8

An item reported that the French ocean going torpedo boat Forban built at Le Havre, France completed her trials at Cherbourg, France. The real medium speed was 31,03 miles while the contracted speed was 30 miles. With a displacement of 136 tons and as dimensions 44 (between perpendiculars) x 4,64 (maximum) metres.(1)
