Code of signals stolen on board of British battleship Sheerness according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 14 March 1914

An item referred to the Daily Telegraph which reported that the most important secret code of signals of the British battleship Sheerness was disappeared and replaced by a fake book.(1)

Note
1. This item is far from correct while there was not a battleship with such name, but a code of signals of the battleship Queen was indeed stolen that same year.
