French sea going torpedo boat Archer (1903) according to Brasseys’ naval annual 1912

Built at Normand, France in 1893, displacement 131 tons and as dimensions 138 x 14.7 x 6,5 feet. Number of screws 2, horsepower 1.250 ihp, trial speed 21 knots 21, an armament of 2-3pd guns and 2 torpedo tubes, a crew numbering 26 men and a coal bunker capacity of 17 tons.
