Displacement 488 tons and as dimensions 47,10 x 8,40 x 3,60 metres. Machinery consisted of 2-2.000hp 16 cylinder Maybach diesel engines. Speed around 17 knots and a range of 900 respectively 1.100 miles with a speed of 14 and 12 knots. Crew numbered 43 men.
