An item reported that again the establishing of a new war naval base at Sebenico, Dalmatia was planned. In stead of 12 were now 16 battleships to be built vene before 1913. The battleships of the Monarch and Archiduc classes were to be replaced by dreadnoughts which should have a service time of 18 years.
