British cruiser 1st class HMS Terrible needed repairs according to the Dutch magazine dated Marineblad 1899-1900 no. 5

An item referred to the magazine le Yacht reporting that the British cruiser 1st class HMS Terrible needed to be repaired after the explosion caused by the seven burst tubes in the water tube boilers. All tubes needed to be examined.(1)

1. Of the Powerful-class protected cruisers, laid down by J.&G. Thomson, Clydebank, Scotland in 1894, launched on 27 May 1895, training school and renamed Fisgard III since August 1920 and sold to be broken up in July 1932.
