An item reported that the Italian naval budget for 1903-1904 with 127.181.734,22 lire was slight larger as the budget 1902-1903 with 127..1659/962,72 lire. For building expenses was asked 24.556.920 lire to complete the battleships 1st class Benedetto Brin, Regina Margherita, Vitttoria Emanuele and Regino Elena and the armoured cruiser 1st class Francesco Ferruccio, for continuing the building of the battleships 1st class type Vittorio Emanuele “A” and “B”, 3 submarines and 2 destroyers and for laying the keels of 4 torpedo boats 1st class, 2 river vessels and a water tanker.
