Russian torpedo boat 1st class Hapsal (1891) in 1898

Built by Putiloff, St. Petersburg, Russia in 1891, dimensions 126 x 13 x 8.5 feet, displacement 81 tons, one screw, horsepower 1.100 ihp, maximum trial speed 21 knots, a crew numbering 13 men and an armament of 2 torpedo tubes and 2-1pd revolvers.
