An item reported that the Droogdok Mij at Surabaya, Dutch East Indies was building a 250 tons lighter to be completed around July. Her main purpose was the transport of salt towards Semarang, Dutch East Indies. The edition dated 26 April 1939 mentioned that early May a 250 ton motor lighter Neletta was to be launched for account of the Zoutregie for the salt transport between Madura, Dutch East Indies and Semarang.
