Dutch steam tug Johanna II executed with success trials according to the Dutch magazine Schip en Werf dated 19 June 1931

An item reported that the Dutch steel build steam tug Johanna II with success executed her trial. She was built by the Machinefabriek v/h Schipper&Van Dongen, Geertruidenberg, Netherlands for account of H. Dekker, ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. Dimensions 23 x 5 x 2,30 metres and fitted out with 1-220ih[ triple expansion steam engine with surface condensing and Hackworth steam-slide and a boiler with 70 square metres heating surface and 16 kilo pressure, Was to be used on the main rivers, Zuiderzee and estuaries.
