Soviet tug Jakutsk used as prototype for new tugs according to a CIA report dated 2 March 1954

An item reported that the Soviet tug Jakutsk arrived at the Austrian Korneuburg shipyard after serving on the Dnjepr. She was to be used as a prototype for new tugs to be built at this shipyard.
