Designed by Damen Schelde naval Shipbuilding, Vlisingen, Netherlands. Module 3 (power plant) en module 5 (command bridge+operations room combat systems) made in Vlissingen. Modules 1,2 and 4 at the navy yard at Salina Cruz, Mexico. Laid down on 17 August 2017.
