Soviet tug Morjak active on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 27 June 1952

An item dealing with the merchant shipping traffic on the Dabube with as destination Ismail and Reni (Ukraine) between 15 February and 10 March 1952 reported the departure from Vienna, Austria of the Soviet tug Morjak towing 3 barges with a cargo of machinery and a fourth one with a cargo of motors bound for Moldova. The Kronstadt was there to take over the tow and delivered it at Ismail. The Morkak was to return with barges which she picked up at Moldova.
