The Soviet Ust Kut shipyard according to a CIA report dated September 1967

An item reported that the Ust Kut shipyard with as geographic coordinates possessed over the geographic coordinates 56.49.25 North and 106.00.05 East located 11,5 miles North East of Ust Kut, Russia on the west bank of the river Lena. The fenced and rail served shipyard possessed over minimal 2 side-haul marine railways, 4 transverse ways for new building and repairing floating cranes and probably barges and 13 support buildings.
