The Soviet Komsomolskiy Shipyard according to a CIA report dated September 1967

An item reported the Soviet rail served and fenced Komsomolskiy Shipyard with as geographic coordinates 53.28.00 north and 49.31.20 east and located at Komsimolskiy just east of the Zhigulevsk in the lock basin and probably used for repairs although newbuilding was a possibility. The shipyard possessed 1 side-haul marine railway with 4 transverse slipways for construction and repairs, 2 quays, 1 fabrication, 1 ship and 4 support buildings.
