Laid down as modified A-class or Etorofu class escort ship (preceded by Shimushi-class, succeeded by Mikura-class) Oki by Uraga Dock Company on 27 February 1942, launched on 20 October 1942, completed on 28 March or 31 May 1943, in August 1947 handed over to the Chinese Nationalists Navy and renamed Gu An or Ku An, in 1949 captured by the Chinese Communist Navy and renamed Chang Bai/Chang Pai/Chang Pei, armament modernized in 1955 and broken up in 1982.
