An item referred apparently to an account of a sailor who passed with his ship several harbours on the Romanian part of the Lower Danube. He stated that that underway towards Braila sighted in the mouth of the river an anonymous Soviet tug and the tanker Izmail lying for anchor. The pilot informed him that the cargo was unloaded at Odessa [Ukraine] and both vessels were retuning to Reni.
