An item referred apparently to an account of sailor who passed with his ship several harbours on the Romanian part of the Lower Danube. He sighted at the petroleum storage depot at Reni seven Danube boats of which two were loaded, the remaining still empty although pipes for loading were ready. The depot numbered 15 yellow painted galvanized petroleum storage tanks.
