Paris, 17 August. According to a private letter dated Mataro, 10 August captured the French brig le Cuirassier (1) the Spanish bomb galliot Santa Isabella and the French goelette la Gaselle (2) the Spanish feluc Santa Martha. Both Spanish ships had 25 soldiers, arms and war stores on board sent form Barcelona towards Tarragona. The Santa Isabella had also 25 cavalry horses on board.
