Romania ordered at Italy building of torpedo boats according to the Dutch newspaper Het Centrum dated 13 June 1924

Berlin, 12 June. According to a tiding received from Rome ordered Romania at the yard at Naples four modern high sea torpedo boats to strengthen her Black Sea fleet.
