The Danish naval strength according to a Dutch naval annual in 1846

Jacob Swart published in his naval annual for 1846 the following small list dealing with the Danish navy. This navy consisted of 6 ships of the line, 5 of 84 and 1 of 66 guns; 8 frigates, 2 of 48, 4 of 46 and 2 of 40 guns; 4 corvettes of 20-26 guns, 4 brigs of 12-18 guns, 3 schooners, 3 cutters, 3 steamships, 1 of 200, 1 of 80 and 1 of 40 hp, 80 row gunboats, 2 ships on stocks, namely a 84-gun ship of the line and 1-20-gun corvette. Total strength 113 ships and vessels.
