London, 7 July. The Russian brig Rurik Captain Kotzebue left last week Portsmouth towards St. Petersburg. The Russian officers did not give any information dealing with the results of their survey research at the Arctic just saying that they did not approach as near as other sailors had done before. They doubt the value of their expedition.
