Sardinian naval establishment transferred from Genoa to Spezzia 1857

For years was in the Netherlands a magazine published dealing with maritime affairs in the whole world, navy and merchant. After a long discussion approved the representatives of Sardinia with 94 against 52 votes in May 1857 a law, by which was decided to transfer the main military navy establishments from Genoa to Spezzia.
