British and American naval cooperation according to the Dutch newspaper Amigoe di Curacao dated 9 April 1941

An item reported that US Secretary of Navy Frank Knox announced that his Under Secretary James Forrestal was to visit England during two weeks to strengthen the cooperation between the American department of navy and the British Admiralty especially for the support affairs.
