According to an item dated Copenhagen 29 May approved the crown on 21 May that the Admiralty and the Commissariat Colleges were liquidated and replaced by a new College with as chairman Fredrik Christiaan Rosencranz, secret minister of state and upper secretary for the department of navy while the members of the two former colleges were appointed as member of the new college. The War Chancery office of the same department was again supervised by Rosencranz. Order was given to use the warships Oldenburg Kiel Copenhagen
