Russian cabinet nationalized merchant ships according to the Dutch newspaper Tilburgsche Courant dated 14 April 1930

An item reported that the Russian cabinet decided to nationalization of all private owned ships larger than 50 tons for seagoing ships and 25 ton for the inland (river and lakes) vessels.
