Russian troop transport Jekaterinoslaf underway to Port Arthur according to the Dutch newspaper Goessche Courant dated 29 December 1903

An item reported that the British newspaper Times received tidings from Moscow according to which the transport Jekaterinoslaf was bringing 2,000 of the best trained soldiers and several sea officers towards Port Arthur.
