USA and England seizing Russian merchant ships according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 14 September 1918

An item dated Berlin 14 September referred tidings received from Moscow reporting that all Russian ships lying in American and British harbours were seized. According to the newspaper Krasnyza Gazeta seized the Entente eight of the largest and best steamships of the Russian fleet in East Asiatic waters while the other ships were not allowed to go to depart.
