Conference of the Mediterranean naval powers according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwsblad van het Noorden dated 4 September 1937

An item reported that England wanted to propose on the conference of the Mediterranean naval powers that the navies were to cooperate and further more protect with their warships the merchant ships of the other countries with which was cooperated.
