Danish ship Chastine Maersk torpedoed according to the Dutch newspaper De Gooi- en Eemlander dated 15 February 1940

An item reported that a Norwegian ship saved the entire crew of the Danish ship Chastine Maersk which was torpedoed and sunk on the North Sea by a German submarine while underway from Morocco towards Denmark with a cargo of fertilizer. The thirty survivors were landed at Aalesund.
