Communistic newspaper persuading French sailors to mutiny according to the Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland dated 15 July 1925

An item dated Berlin 14 July reported that at Brest 2.000 copies of a Communistic newspaper were seized and which newspaper contained items encouraging soldiers of the French navy to mutiny and disobedience.
